About Me

Hey there! I'm originally from Vermont, and I feel strongly that it is the greatest place on Earth. That's why it's the first thing I have to say about myself. Now that that's out of the way, I can tell you that I'm a neuroscience student, currently studying for the MCAT. I studied abroad at King's College London from January to March of 2020, at which point I was sent home due to COVID. It was still one of the most valuable experiences of my life. A quick rundown of things that are super duper important to me: dogs, family, my planner, fashion, good food, the interior design side of Pinterest, seeing the world, seeing Vermont, and my annual NYTimes crossword subscription. I also love to read and needlepoint when I have time.

I started this blog in April 2020 as a way to focus on the positive and reflect on my blessings & passions while in quarantine. I was also a bit desperate to share some of my study abroad stories! I wanted to do more writing and find a community of people who share a similar love of food, fashion, & fun (and alliteration?). Though I'm pretty new at this, I have found it so rewarding. I really enjoy the creativity.

I'm going into my senior year at Brown U, and I look forward to sharing that with you all. Thanks for joining me on the journey!
